The first effects may be seen between 5 to 10 days, depending on the type of weed and the weather conditions. Roundup will work more slowly in cooler and dry conditions and on larger perennial weeds. Root kill can take from 7 to 28 days, again dependent on the type of weed and the weather conditions.
